Controlled Rewind Process

If rewinding is required:

• We use a pyrolysis burn-off oven to safely remove original varnish or epoxy
• This protects the laminated stator core from damage and core loss
• Rewinds are done using top-quality materials only

Precision Coil Manufacturing

• Coils are wound on our PLC-controlled Samatic coil winder
• This ensures superior coil filling and better epoxy penetration compared to hand-wound methods

Advanced Testing & Epoxy Varnishing

• Completed windings are tested with our Electrom iTIG IV surge tester—the most advanced of its kind
• Defects are identified before varnishing and curing
• We use water-based epoxy varnish with low viscosity for deep penetration

Once cured, it offers robust protection against moisture, chemicals, and oil
